Despite being an "Exclusive", it is not uncommon to find it the USA. One wonders why the marketing geniuses tried to limit their market. Cesar Chavez is a legend any country. The USA has a significant population that speaks Spanish as a first language, and even more that speak it as a second. 'Cesar' Chavez was a popular boxer for many, regardless of language (still is for some). 107 wins, 6 losses, 2 draws, 89 knockouts, 6 world titles in 3 weight divisions, and a 13 year, 87 win, winning streak. That's more legendary than some of the better known legends.
